About Us
How it all started
August 2016, the year i started university is where it all began. I remember being so stressed about school i could barely think of anything else.
So on Sundays after church i used to go with my best friend to donate food to homeless people. We made sandwiches and drove around town for about an hour each weekend just to make sure we reached as many people as we could.
Soon enough we discovered that this organization situated in San Diego was looking for people to help them with their movement. It didn't took us long to contact the person in charge to make sure we could be able to join them. Even though we lived far, we didn't ever hesitate.
Time passed and all we could think about was help. We were so into this foundation that i remember this one time i was headed to my house after school when i received a call from the person who was in charge of the organization to tell me if i would like to become the one and only founder of the same organization but in the city in mexico i was living then.
Um? Of course i would love to! So i quickly gathered a group of my friends and started this whole thing that now has me up on cloud 9 every time we get to do an event.
A Warm Hug Foundation Mexicali, is a non-profit organization formed by young people that promote community service, choosing to offer help people in need.
